This document sets out the main terms and conditions governing the exclusive marketing of PT Indo Magnovent Ventilation products (hereinafter "Magnovent") through the website https://magnovent.id/ (hereinafter the "Website").
The following terms and conditions will be the sole provisions applicable to the relationship between Magnovent and third parties (hereinafter "User" or "Users") who purchase Magnovent products and/or services.
Using and/or accepting any service from the Website means that the User unconditionally accepts all these general terms of sale, including the terms of use of the Website contained herein, as well as specific terms applicable to contracted products or services.
Please note that these terms and conditions may change at any time to comply with applicable legal provisions. Therefore, each transaction made through the Website will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the transaction.
We recommend that Users carefully read these terms and conditions before placing an order.
1. Products and Services
These terms govern the purchase and sale of products and/or services offered by Magnovent through the Website, with general descriptions and characteristics listed in the [PRODUCTS] section (hereinafter "Products").
2. Ordering and Purchase Confirmation
You can order Magnovent products through several official channels:
Every order received through any of the above channels will be processed after payment is confirmed. After that, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp chat containing:
Magnovent reserves the right to refuse or delay order processing if data inconsistencies, fraud indications, or violations of company policy are found.
For purchasing and delivery guidance, customers can contact the Magnovent Indonesia sales & marketing team through official contacts available on the website or official Magnovent business accounts.
Important Note:
Orders via WhatsApp are only valid if made through Magnovent Indonesia's official number and accompanied by valid transaction proof (bank transfer, e-wallet, or other official payment methods). Magnovent is not responsible for transactions made outside the company's official communication channels.
3. Pricing and Payment Methods
3.1. The applicable price is the price listed on the Website at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs.

3.4. In case of late payment, interest will be charged at the applicable legal interest rate plus three percent (3%).
3.5. Prices and promotions at Magnovent physical stores may differ from online store prices due to different sales policies in each channel.
4. Invoices
Users agree that Magnovent may issue electronic invoices for transactions made through the Website. This invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
Users can request a paper invoice at any time by sending an email to info@magnovent.id with the subject "Invoice on paper" and including the invoice delivery address. Magnovent will process the request within a maximum of 10 working days.
5. Product Availability
All orders are processed based on stock availability. If there's a stock shortage or delivery delay, Magnovent will inform the User within a maximum of 2 working days after ordering.
If after 30 days the product is still unavailable, the User can choose to:
In the case of promotional sales, if stock runs out, Magnovent will hold the same product for a maximum of one month at the same promotional price. If this isn't possible, Magnovent will replace it with a similar product at the same price.
6. Delivery and Delivery Time
6.1. Delivery Location
Magnovent delivers orders throughout mainland Indonesia. Delivery is made to the address specified by the User after payment is confirmed, on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), subject to stock availability.
6.2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and will be added to the product price.
If the User purchases multiple units of the same product and the system shows that shipping costs apply per order, then the cost will only be charged once, regardless of the number of products.
7. Delivery
Magnovent will strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. Products will be shipped within the agreed timeframe after payment is received.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability. Users will receive notification when the order is shipped and if there are delays.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is received by the User or a designated third party with a receipt signature.
If the recipient is not present, the User will be contacted via email to reschedule delivery. The User has 14 days to claim their product. If not claimed, the order will be returned to Magnovent warehouse and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Magnovent is not responsible for loss or damage to products after being received by the User.
8. Warranty and Return Rights
8.1. Legal Warranty
Products sold through the Website are warranted to comply with the purchase agreement for two years from the date of delivery.
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or modification by the User is not covered by warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is found, the User must immediately report to customer service via phone 0811-3810-2037 or email info@magnovent.id, along with proof of purchase (invoice).
If the claim is accepted, Magnovent will replace the product or refund, at no additional cost to the User.
8.2. Right of Withdrawal
Users have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt without needing to provide a reason.
Return steps:
Magnovent will refund the full amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of notification.
